Payment Methods
We accept, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Once you submit your order, a hold for the total purchase amount will be placed on your card. Holds usually are released by your bank within 4 to 7 business days. Please note that your card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. If your order is cancelled before it ships, you will not be charged. If your order is cancelled after it has shipped, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Item Availability
We make every effort to keep our stock availability up to date.  However, we sometimes sell out of certain items.  If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email notifying you of this along with replacement options or a back order date.  We are unable to reorder many of our items, so if you find something you like, get it fast!

Sales Tax
The sales tax rate of 6% is charged to all orders shipping to ND regardless of billing address.

Lena K will not give or sell your information to any other party. 

Shipping
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays.  Orders placed by 2 pm CST will be processed no later than the following business days.  Orders placed after 2 pm CST will be processed no later than two business days following.

Undeliverable Merchandise
If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will make 3 attempts to contact you through the information you provide.  Once a response is received, your package will be shipped back to you at an additional fee.  If the time is within the original 14 day acceptable return range, you may elect a refund.

If we do not receive a response from you after the 3rd contact attempt, your items will be restocked. 

If we receive a package as return to sender due to fault on our part, your package will be reshipped to you at no additional expense.

Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges on all NON-CLEARANCE items.  (Clearance items will be marked as Sale Final.)  Jewelry, accessories, undergarments and swim wear are also NOT eligible for return.  Returnable items must be shipped back within 14 days of the original ship date.  No exceptions.  We only accept items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and items must have ALL ORIGINAL TAGS attached.  In the case of footwear, the original shoe box must be included in its original condition.  No shipping labels can be attached and the box cannot be damaged in any other way.  Please fill out the Return Authorization form that came with your shipment.  Before sending your return, you must obtain an RA# by emailing us at sales@shoplenak.comIf you send an item back that does not meet these requirements, you will not be credited for your return and we will not be held responsible for returning your item(s) to you. 

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your return.  You will not be reimbursed for shipping and handling charges.  Please insure your return and obtain a tracking number on the delivery.  We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Exchanges
At this time, our system is not capable of processing exchanges.  You must follow the return instructions and complete a new purchase transaction for the item you need.
